NFR (“Not For Resale”) licenses valid for more than 30 days
BitDefender solutions have a standard 30-day trial period that are downloadable at www.bitdefender.com or found on the CD provided by the BitDefender team. If your clients request trial periods of more than 30 days, BitDefender can provide you with special extended-trial kits.

Lead Management
BitDefender promotes the improvement of your opportunities by providing you with qualified leads. Prospective clients’ requests will be directed to you, the BitDefender dedicated partners! Commercial and Technical Training
We periodically organize training courses in virology and on the sale/use of BitDefender solutions. The courses take place at the partner’s office or at the BitDefender Headquarters, and are designed for both technical and sales specialists. This enables our partners understand the best practices for selling BitDefender solutions.

BitDefender Commercial Support
Depending on their level of involvement, the partner may have a dedicated team made up of an account manager, technical support representative and marketing representative. Partners will also have access to information on sales pitches, the advantages that users of BitDefender solutions have, financing solutions, sales and communication techniques, etc.

Assistance in Solution Implementation
The BitDefender technical support team will assist and support the specialists on behalf of the customer and of the partner (by phone, by email or directly at clients’ offices) in the installation and configuration of the BitDefender solutions. After implementation – should the customer’s specialists not be available when critical situations appear, or should they fail to solve such situations in due time – you can request the help of the BitDefender technical support specialists.

Joint Marketing Actions The BitDefender marketing team is here for you when it comes to the creation of and facilitation of joint marketing efforts: events, press releases, online campaigns, promotions, advertising campaigns, point-of-sale promotions, etc. All such efforts will be strategically planned and supported by joint funds (co-funding).

Permanent Supply of Marketing Materials
In order to support the promotion and sale of BitDefender solutions, the BitDefender team will supply all marketing and commercial materials: commercial offers, product catalogs, promotional materials, brochures, comparative analyses, case studies, documentation on BitDefender products and services, etc.

The www.bitdefender.com website will contain a section dedicated to our partners and all prospective customers interested in BitDefender solutions will be redirected to it. Your contact information will be presented on this page, including direct links to your site.
Presence of Partner Logo in Product Catalogs
The BitDefender team offers you the ability to customize the BitDefender product catalogs with your company’s information.

Access to the “Beta-Testing BitDefender” Program,
BitDefender offers you the opportunity to test the BitDefender solutions before they are officially launched.

Directing On-Site Technical Support Requests
On-site (client’s offices) technical support or implementation requests will be directed to our partners who specialize in maintenance services, on a case-by-case basis. Whether they come from BitDefender clients, or they are submitted by the BitDefender team, such requests will all be supported by BitDefender.

Access to « Gold Support » Technical Support Services
Our response time to your technical support requests is a minimum of 2 hours (for critical issues) and a maximum of 12 hours (for regular issues).
